RETURN POLICY

Need to return something? To request a return, please send an e-mail to info@pghfashion.com within 7 days from the receipt of shipment, with the reasons and details for your request for exchange or store credit.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We only accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your items on domestic orders within UAE.

Please note only regular-priced clothing will be considered under our return policy.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON ANY DISCOUNTED/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SHOES & BAGS, AS THESE ITEMS ARE STRICTLY FINAL SALE.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached to be considered in a returnable condition.

Once you receive our e-mail with confirmation of return, you will be required to send the item(s) within 5 days of the confirmation e-mail. Please note that after this deadline we will NOT accept any return.

Package your return shipment the same way that you received it. Please note that the customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through modart-fashion.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied in the form of a gift card, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that the processing days may vary based on the shipping period, depending on your country of origin.

Please note that shipping is done by a third party (DHL/FedEx, mostly for international orders; Quiqup within GCC).
Shipping fees within the UAE may change based on decisions by the third-party logistics provider, and orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
Please note that all applicable fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid any delays please ensure you provide your full shipping address and contact information.
Service availability may vary according to place of collection and destination, according to postal codes, and throughout the year as per the third-party provider.

Prices on the website are displayed in AED and are exclusive of 5% VAT.

Item prices exclude any delivery costs or duties and taxes imposed by the destination country to which the purchase may be subject. All the costs at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
