RETURN POLICY
Our online returns policy lasts 7 days from the day that you have received the item.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON SALES ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, BAGS, AND SHOES.
EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR OUR ONLINE SALE.
If you want to return any item, you have to send an e-mail to modartuae@gmail.com within two days from the receipt of shipment, notify us of the possible return, and clarify the reason.
We will send back an e-mail to you one day after receiving your email and confirm that you can return the item.
Once you receive our e-mail for confirmation of return, you have to send the item back within 5 days of the date of the e-mail; after that deadline, we will NOT accept any return.
Once your ONLINE return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached, and the original packaging and purchase receipt are to be included.

SHIPMENT
Modart delivers to the UAE and internationally. Please note that international shipping is done by a third party (DHL/FedEx, mostly for international orders; Quiqup within GCC).
Shipping within the UAE is delivered within 1-3 working days. International shipping fees are calculated upon checkout depending on the country, and orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Please note that all applicable fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid any delays, please ensure you provide your full shipping address and contact information.
Service availability may vary according to place of collection and destination, according to postal codes, and throughout the year as per the third-party provider.
PRICES
Prices on the Website are displayed in AED, and exclusive 5% VAT.
The prices exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties in the destination to which the purchase may be subject.
All the costs in destination will be absorbed by the customer.
CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been successfully received.

Only regular-priced clothes may be refunded for online sales only.
